Mehmet Usta is the Deputy Manager Proposals based in Black Cat’s Doha office. Mehmet has close to 20+ years of professional experience.
Since joining Black Cat in 2015, Mehmet is widely acknowledged as an expert and continues to add value to the firm’s success with commitment and focus whilst supporting the firm’s vision, mission, core values and is always at the forefront of delivering, nurturing and managing Black Cat’s culture.
Prior to joining Black Cat, Mehmet has worked with Tekfen Construction, GAMA, and GATE (Gama & Tekfen JV).
